Pinecone, The North Georgia Haiku Society is presenting a haiku workshop at the 23rd annual JapanFest at 12:00 noon next Saturday at the Gwinnett Center in suburban Atlanta.
We will be presenting on modern English haiku, reciting a few favorites, and helping participants to try their hand.

Wishing you could be here too, Magyar. It's going to be strange without Peggy. I met her last year at this event. I treasure her wise advice and encouragement all the more.
At this point, I suspect we will have just a few family and friends attending, so I hope for a surprise of many fresh, interested faces. Yours would be most welcome!
