Harvest moon--
I recall my own hopeful
Gravidity

I love the word "gravid" (in my novel of Greek Mythology I build a whole chapter around the word) but, I must admit I was unfamiliar with "Gravidity" as an extension of the root. Thank you for this beautiful haiku!

Thy navel is like a round goblet, which wants not for liquor: thy belly is like an heap of wheat set about with lilies.
Song of Songs 7:2

Thanks for the thoughtful reply, Marty. Especially for the quote.

I like the word too. It just feels heavy, expectant. The moon this morning was enormous and beautiful.
